Newsletter Subscriptions
When you subscribe to my newsletter, your name and email address are stored safely in my Campaign Monitor account. You may unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of each newsletter. If you choose to unsubscribe from my newsletter, your name and email will be completely removed from my newsletter database.
Email and Other Correspondence
While browsing my website, you have the opportunity to contact me with web forms and email. All information submitted to me through my website will be confidential and will never be revealed to a third party, unless required by law. All information submitted to me through my website will be safely and securely archived for historical records.
Product Purchases
When you purchase a product from my website, you must provide your name and email address. If you do not pay using PayPal account funds, you must also provide a credit card number at the time of purchase. However, I do not retain or see your credit card information; your payment information is handled entirely by PayPal or Google Checkout, secure third-party payment processors. I do retain records of every purchase for accounting purposes using E-Junkie — my e-commerce and order fulfillment provider. These purchase records only contain your name, email, date of purchase, purchase transaction ID, purchase invoice number, and product identifiers. These purchase records are used to distribute product updates to my customers.
