Installation

After you have downloaded Milano to your computer, follow these steps to install your new theme.

  1. Double-click milano.zip to extract the file.
  2. Place the .rwtheme file into the "~/Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/" directory.
  3. Restart RapidWeaver.

Custom Page Banners

Your custom logo image must be 800px wide and as tall as you like (although 180px tall works well). You can use 15 different logo images on your web site. Your default logo image is specified in the RapidWeaver Site Inspector. To specify a custom logo image on each page (up to 15 different images total), do the following:

  1. Create a logo image with an image editor at one of the image dimensions available in the "Custom Logo Size" section of the Theme Variations panel.
  2. Save your image as a JPEG image, with a ".jpg" extension, into the directory milano.rwtheme/Contents/images/editable_images/.
  3. Right-click "milano.rwtheme" and choose "Show Package Contents" to view the contents of the Milano theme.
  4. Save your image as "logo#.jpg", where "#" is 1, 2, 3, ... or 15. For example, you might save an image called "logo8.jpg".
  5. Restart RapidWeaver, and select the appropriate logo image in the Theme Variations panel.
  6. Be sure to select a custom logo image AND a custom logo size in the Theme Variations panel.
