License Agreement

By purchasing products from JoshLockhart.com, you agree to the following: The products remain the intellectual property of JoshLockhart.com. The products may be used by its licensee in any personal or commercial project (royalty-free). They may not be resold or redistributed. If you are using a single product to produce content for multiple client projects, we ask that you purchase a new license for each client project.

Resale and Redistribution

The purchase of our products grants the customer the right to use the purchased items for unlimited personal and commercial use as detailed in the License Agreement above, provided that the customer does not attempt to resell and/or redistribute an identical or modified version of the purchased products. The purchase of our products DOES NOT grant the customer the rights to resell and/or redistribute identical or modified versions of our products, whether for free or for a fee.

Product Support

We will only support our products as they are initially distributed. If the customer modifies a theme with custom code and or designs, JoshLockhart.com will not support future updates or provide technical support for the modified theme. It is also likely that future updates to our products may potentially overwrite the customer’s modifications. Please be aware of our policies before committing to custom theme modifications.

Governing Law

These terms and any sale hereunder will be goverened by the laws of the state of North Carolina in the United States of America, without regard to conflicts of laws rules, regardless of the location of the customer. Any dispute, action, or litigation must be brought in North Carolina in the United States of America and customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in North Carolina in the United States of America, submits to jurisdiction there, and waives the right to change venue. Customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that JoshLockhart.com’s agreement to sell and deliver products and/or services to the customer is dependent on this provision.
