Product Activation

Several products in my online store require a serial number for activation. Frequently asked questions related to product activation are listed below. If your question is not answered below, please send me your question with my contact form.

How do I receive my product serial number?

You will receive your product serial number with your product download. When you proceed to download your purchase, your product serial number will be displayed with your product download link. You will receive one serial number for each product license that you purchase. If you do not receive a serial number, please contact me and explain your situation.

How do I activate my purchased product?

After installing and using your purchased product, you will see a button called 'Activate'. Click this button and you will be prompted to enter your serial number. The activation process will require an active Internet connection to connect with the product activation server.

How many times can I activate my purchased product?

Each serial number may be used to activate the purchased product on two (2) computers. A new serial number will be required to activate the product on more computers.

My product could not be activated! What do I do now?

If you receive an error during product activation, please contact me using my contact form and explain your situation. If you are using an invalid serial number, or if your serial number has been activated twice already, you will need to purchase a new product license.
