What forms of payment do you accept?


I accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eChecks. Payments are processed by PayPal or Google Checkout. If using PayPal, PayPal membership is not required to place an order; if using Google Checkout, you will need a Google account. Download instructions for your order will arrive by email immediately after your payment clears.

I did not receive a download link for my product.


Your payment probably has not cleared. As soon as your payment clears, you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive a download link immediately after purchase, first make sure your payment has cleared. If your payment has cleared, contact me and I will be happy to assist you.

My product will not install correctly.


Your purchased product likely became corrupted during download. Re-download your product and try again. Expand compressed archives (ZIP) using Mac OS X and not 3rd party alternatives like Stuffit Expander.

I need a new download link for my product.


Send me an email and I will send you a new download link. To facilitate this process, send me either the original date of purchase or your transaction ID.

Will I receive free updates for my product?


Yes, you will receive free updates for the life of your purchased product.

What web browsers do your products support?


My products work in Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer 6, and Internet Explorer 7. I do not and will not support Internet Explorer 5. I will ensure support for Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 8 after they are officially released and no longer in beta.

Do you offer custom theme development?


No, I do not offer custom Rapidweaver theme development. All of my time is devoted to developing products for the entire Rapidweaver community.
